Terms & Conditions for paused moments


1. General

    • These terms and conditions apply to all rental services provided by paused moments to the Client.
    • The Client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions upon booking a rental.


2. Reservation and Payment

    • A non-refundable deposit of twenty percent (20%) of the total rental cost is required to confirm a reservation.
    • Full payment must be received at least one (1) day before the event date.
    • Acceptable payment methods are [List Payment Methods].


3. Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellations must be made two (2) days before the event to avoid a cancellation fee.
    • Cancellations made less than two [2] days before the event will incur a fee of fifty percent (50%) of the total rental cost.

4. Delivery, Setup, and Retrieval

    • Any damage or loss caused by misuse will be charged to the Client at the replacement cost.





6. Equipment Failure

    • In the unlikely event of equipment failure, paused moments will attempt to repair or replace the equipment promptly.
    • paused moments' liability for equipment failure is limited to a refund of the rental cost or a portion thereof.


7. Liability

    • paused moments accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damage to the Client or any third party resulting from the use of the rental equipment.
    • The Client agrees to indemnify paused moments against any claims related to the rental services.


8. Photographs and Media

    • paused moments may take photographs or recordings of the rental equipment in use and has the right to use these for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon with the Client.


9. Changes to Terms
